US Department of Commerce confirms 216.01% anti-dumping duty on 11 Chinese wooden bedroom furniture suppliers
The US Department of Commerce has finalized an administrative review, applying a 216.01% anti-dumping duty rate to 11 Chinese companies supplying wooden bedroom furniture. This rate covers imports entered between January and December 2024, with the final results effective 12 August 2026.

US Department of Commerce Finalizes Duty Rate
The US Department of Commerce confirmed a 216.01% anti-dumping duty rate for 11 Chinese companies manufacturing wooden bedroom furniture. This rate applies to imports that entered the United States between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024. The final results of this administrative review took effect on 12 August 2026. These companies are now categorized under the China-wide entity, making them subject to the confirmed duty rate.
Review Process and Outcome
The Department of Commerce adopted its preliminary findings after no parties submitted comments on the review. The preliminary results were published in the Federal Register on 13 April 2026. Since no objections or comments were received, the department proceeded to finalize these preliminary findings without changes.
The 11 identified companies did not establish their eligibility for a separate duty rate during the review process, thus remaining subject to the higher China-wide rate.
Affected Chinese Suppliers
The specific Chinese companies now subject to the 216.01% anti-dumping duty rate are: Fine Furniture (Shanghai); Jiangmen Kinwai Furniture Decoration; Jiangmen Kinwai International Furniture; Nathan International and Nathan Rattan Factory; Rui Feng Woodwork, Rui Feng Lumber Development and Dorbest; Shenyang Shining Dongxing Furniture; Wanvog Furniture (Kunshan); Yeh Brothers World Trade; Zhangzhou Guohui Industrial & Trade; Zhongshan Fookyik Furniture; and Shenzhen New Fudu Furniture.
Following these final results, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess anti-dumping duties on all applicable entries of wooden bedroom furniture from these suppliers.
Implications for Asian Procurement
For procurement directors and buyers in Asia sourcing wooden bedroom furniture, this duty confirmation means significantly higher import costs when purchasing from these 11 Chinese suppliers for the specified 2024 period.
Companies involved in projects requiring wooden bedroom furniture for the US market must account for this 216.01% duty rate in their sourcing strategies and budgets.
This development may prompt buyers to seek alternative sourcing options from manufacturers outside this specific group of Chinese companies or from other Asian countries not subject to these duties, influencing regional supply chain decisions for FF&E.
