Fair to Showcase 80,000 Products and 1,000 Material Types

The 34th Shengfang China International Furniture Fair will take place from September 16-18, 2026, at the Shengfang International Furniture Expo Center in Langfang City, Hebei Province. Shengfang, a major furniture manufacturing hub in China, will host international buyers for this edition.

The fair will showcase eight major furniture categories, with organisers stating it includes more than 80,000 individual products and over 1,000 types of raw and auxiliary materials and mechanical equipment. This event provides access to a broad range of the region’s furniture supply chain.

The fair has been staged 33 times previously, establishing Shengfang as a manufacturing and sourcing destination within China’s furniture industry.

Dedicated Business Matching for International Buyers

A primary focus for the September fair is the development of international trade. Organisers will conduct a dedicated foreign trade business-matching program. This program enables overseas buyers to engage in one-to-one discussions with furniture manufacturers. The program aims to align buyer sourcing requirements with suitable manufacturing resources.

Organisers also offer to arrange visits to furniture showrooms and factories based on individual buyer needs. This initiative provides overseas participants with direct understanding of manufacturers, production capabilities, and available products, facilitating targeted sourcing and encouraging longer-term business relationships.

Large-Scale Venue and Industry Support

The Shengfang International Furniture Expo Center serves as the physical site for the fair and the broader furniture trading ecosystem in the region. Organisers state the complex covers approximately 650 acres, with a total construction area of 630,000 square meters.

This area includes 280,000 square meters dedicated to exhibition and trade showrooms, 200,000 square meters for raw and auxiliary materials, and a 150,000-square-meter furniture e-commerce industry base. The Shengfang furniture fair is held twice annually, with Spring and Autumn editions.

Information supplied by the organisers indicates each exhibition attracts more than 100,000 professional buyers, reflecting the scale of Shengfang’s furniture manufacturing and trading network.

The fair receives support from the governments of Langfang, Bazhou, and Shengfang in Hebei Province, alongside industry organisations such as the China Furniture Association, Hebei Furniture Association, and Shengfang Furniture Association.

Sourcing Opportunities for Asian Procurement Directors

For qualified international attendees visiting the September exhibition, the organising committee offers complimentary hotel accommodation and catering. Eligible participants can also receive a travel subsidy of up to RMB1,000.

Shengfang is accessible via Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport, or Tianjin Binhai International Airport, with rail connections available from surrounding cities. Organisers will provide pickup arrangements for visiting buyers.

Buyers seeking direct sourcing from northern China’s established furniture industry clusters can use this event to meet manufacturers, review over 80,000 products, and access business-matching services. This allows procurement directors and specifiers to directly assess production capabilities and new product offerings.
