Indonesia to Host CIFF Guangzhou Promotion Conference in Tangerang
Indonesia’s furniture, interior design, and architecture sectors will meet on 27 August 2026 in Tangerang, Banten, for the CIFF Guangzhou Indonesia Promotion Conference. CIFF Guangzhou Promotion Conference Set for Tangerang
The CIFF Guangzhou Indonesia Promotion Conference will take place on 27 August 2026, from 3pm to 6pm, at the VIVERE HOTEL in Tangerang, Banten. China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou) organizes the event with support from ASMINDO, Indonesia’s national furniture and handicraft association.
The conference will bring together furniture manufacturers, traders, interior designers, architects, and media. Its purpose is to strengthen business connections, encourage knowledge exchange, and explore trade opportunities between Indonesian, Chinese, and international markets.
CIFF Guangzhou 2027 Details to be Presented
A main component of the program is a presentation on CIFF Guangzhou 2027. Mr Ji Pengpeng, Head of Exhibitor Marketing for CIFF, will present the latest developments. He will detail how Indonesian furniture manufacturers, traders, and design professionals can use the fair for sourcing, business networking, market development, and international expansion.
Mr Ji reports that the last edition of CIFF Guangzhou spanned 850,000 sqm, hosted over 5100 brands, and welcomed 353,000 professional buyers from 185 countries and regions.

The conference will also feature perspectives from several Indonesian industry organizations. Mr Dedy Rochimat, President of ASMINDO, will speak, as will Mr Budi Yulianto, Chairman of IAI, the national association for architects. Mr Adi Surya Triwibowo, President of HDII, the national association for interior designers, will also share insights.
Additionally, Mr Eugenio Hendro of Eugenio Hendro Design Studio will deliver a keynote presentation on current design trends and opportunities for the design community. These discussions aim to foster closer international collaboration.
