B Nesta Residence in Denpasar Specifies Toto Sanitary for 2,400 m² Complex
UOS Architecture Studio completed the B Nesta Residence in Denpasar, Bali, in 2025. The 2,400 m² residential complex includes 20 apartment units and five private-pool townhouses, with Toto Sanitary products specified. Shared facilities include a 25-meter swimming pool.

Project Overview and Scope
UOS Architecture Studio completed the B Nesta Residence in Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, Bali, in 2025. The residential complex covers 2,400 m² and is located in an urban area of western Denpasar. It comprises 20 apartment units and five townhouses, each with a private pool. Banyu Priautama served as the lead architect for the project.
The complex is designed to provide a residential environment that supports relaxation, interaction, and a sense of community for its occupants. Photographs of the completed project were taken by Indra Wiras.
Facilities and Design Collaboration
The B Nesta Residence incorporates several shared facilities for residents. These include a communal kitchen, a meeting room, and a multifunctional rooftop area. A 25-meter public swimming pool also forms part of the complex's amenities.
The project involved multiple specialist design teams: Tudots Studio handled interior design, and Alas Design Studio managed landscape architecture. General contractor and project management services were provided by Design ACE. AMEP Design completed the MEP engineering and consulting work, with Gede Mertanadi handling other engineering and consulting aspects.
Sanitary Ware Specification and Market Implications
Toto Sanitary products were specified throughout the B Nesta Residence. This project demonstrates product selection for residential complexes in Bali, where specifying international brands can meet project requirements for fixtures and fittings.
Procurement teams sourcing for similar residential or hospitality projects in Indonesia or across Southeast Asia can use this specification as a reference point for sanitary ware, particularly when seeking established international brands for mid-to-large-scale residential developments.
This project confirms the continued relevance of major global sanitary ware suppliers in the Asian market for projects requiring a proven product track record and established supply chains. Specifiers can consider Toto Sanitary for upcoming projects with similar scale and requirements in the region.
